Ann Marie Gould has been an RN for over 30 years with varied
experience, including, acute care, outpatient surgery, clinical drug
trials, assisted living/memory care settings as well as Case
Management. She has been working in CDI for over nine years,
receiving her experiences from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, UCLA,
Optum 360 as a CDI Manager and Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital as
CDI Hospitalist liaison who provides monthly education to the
Hospitalists’ teams as well as develops the educational pocket
guides for the various hospital service lines. Ann Marie’s
credentials include:  AHIMA Approved CDI Trainer, Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS), Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP), Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM), and Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is currently a partner of RN Link which provides training on becoming a successful clinical documentation specialist.

Cristina Zielinski - Registered nurse and certified clinical documentation specialist who has been in the field of nursing since 1982. She graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Philippines. She has had varied experiences in different hospital settings including working as a telemetry nurse in the hospital, Case Manager, Interim Director of
Case Management as well as assisted the Physician Advisor on insurance denial appeal, Clinical Documentation Specialist for 16+ years and auditor for physician group for E&M documentation. She worked in different institutions including Glendale Adventist Hospital, Glendale Memorial Hospital, Optum 360 and Kaiser Permanente. She is also a partner of RN Link with Ann Marie Gould which offers seminar/training on how to become asuccessful clinical documentation specialist.
